Peter and Katherine lived on a farm west of Wishek, ND until 1947, when they moved to Hague, ND. Here he managed a creamery until his retirement. Peter entered the Strasburg Nursing Home in 1972 until 1986 when he passed away.
Their only daughters, Magdalena and Mary became nuns, joining the community of "School Sisters of Notre Dame" of Mankato, MN.
